1. Ownership of the Character:
Upon purchase, you fully own the character and gain commercial rights to use, modify, and monetize it as you wish.
I retain rights to the original artwork and credit as the designer (so I can display it in my portfolio).2. Artist Credit:
Please do not remove my name or claim the artwork as your own.3- Refunds & Exchanges:
No refunds or exchanges once the character has been purchased.4. Gifted Artwork:
Any extra artwork I provide as a gift cannot be resold or used to increase the resale value of the character.5. Reselling & Trading:
You may resell or trade the character at the original price or higher only if additional paid artwork is included (gifted art does not count).

6. Communication:
If you have questions, feel free to ask before finalizing the purchase.7. File Delivery via Ko-Fi:
Purchases made through Ko-Fi automatically receive the high-quality files at the time of payment.8. Use of AI Elements in Moodboards:
Some moodboards or references may include AI-generated images in small measure. Also Artwork is not traced, copied, or taken from other users’ characters.
Buyers can request to see the moodboard used either before or after purchase.

1. Response & Payment Time:
I wait 24 hours for your reply and 48 hours for payment after that (the extra 24 hours only applies if you replied first).2. Auctions – Prevention:
In case of an auction, Auto Buy has priority. If you wish to claim AB, please go directly to the purchase link to avoid someone else buying it first.3. Reservation & Responsibility:
I am not responsible if another user purchases the character first. However, you may contact me instantly to reserve it, and I will hold the design for a few extra hours to ensure safe payment.4. Payment via PayPal (Auction bids Below AB Price):
If your winning bid is below the AB price, payment must be made via PayPal. You must provide your email to receive the files, or I can send them via DeviantArt if preferred.5. File Delivery via PayPal:
For PayPal payments, files will be delivered without watermark and in high quality once payment is confirmed.

1. WIP Delivery:
I deliver a sketch WIP (work in progress) one or two days after payment. If multiple clients send payment at the same time, I will let you know if the WIP will be delivered within the same week.2. Progress Updates:
I provide updates at all stages (sketch, base color, and final work). You may request changes at each stage.3. Social Media Posting:
Commissions may be posted on my social media unless you specifically request a private commission.4. Use as Examples:
All commissions may be used as examples for future works.5. Extra Cost for Complex Characters:
Complex characters have an extra fee (approx. $10–$15 USD).6. No Framing Changes:
I do not change the framing of the artwork (full body, half body, or icon).

7. No Special Commissions:
I do not accept special commissions outside the available styles and listed extras. Some styles may allow "extra character" or "extra object," but not "background," for example.8. Clear Requests:
If you have a very specific idea, please provide clear image references. Long text descriptions may be interpreted differently.9. Editable Files:
Editable files are provided in PSD format for an additional fee.10. Delays and Communication:
If I don’t send the WIP on time, feel free to ask about your commission. I work two jobs, but I always reply within 48 hours.11. Maximum Commission Limit:
You can request a maximum of two commissions at the same time.12. Character Style:
I do not restyle the character. If your character is chibi, furry, or anthro, I will deliver it in the same style provided by the buyer.

13. Clear References for Characters:
I do not make major changes to the character’s design, outfit, or details. Sending multiple references with significant differences will be considered a "custom commission" .14. Delivery Deadlines:
A delivery deadline must be set when placing the order. It doesn’t need to be a specific day but rather a time range (between 3 weeks and 3 months). If there are any issues meeting the deadline, I will inform you.15 Clarity of Client Intentions:
Messages must be clear about the client’s intentions. If a response is unclear or ambiguous, I will proceed based on my interpretation of the situation.16. Waiting Period for Order Info or Refund:
I will wait up to one week to receive order details. If no information is provided, I will proceed with a refund. Refunds may take one to two weeks depending on the amount.
